SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
All orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. We provide tracking information once the items have shipped along with a receipt via email. Standard shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days.
We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information. If you did not receive your product, a claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.
My Heritage Beads is not liable for returned packages due to incorrect address unless we (My Heritage Beads) made an error. If we are not the cause of the return, customers are responsible for the fees associated with reshipping their order so please verify your shipping address at before checking out.
International orders will ship via USPS International First Class Mail. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery of international orders. My Heritage Beads assumes no responsibility for local duties and taxes on international shipments.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At My Heritage Beads we strive to achieve the highest level of customer service. However, Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges available once product is shipped. Any damages due to shipping will be replaced. Send a picture of damaged product/package to support your claim.
